5 watt K2 power level set:

CW:  4.41 watts on 20;  4.25 on 15;  3.95 on 10.
RTTY:   4.37 on 20;  3.96 on 15;  3.61 on 10  with audio level above 
saturation.

These figures are probably about as accurate as the component values, 
plus you mentioned the not so proper diode.  The important thing for me 
is that I am not running 7 watts for qrp.

I will do more careful measurements soon, and get out my magnifying 
glass to read the diode.
