[RTTY] Double-printing characters in 2Tone 13.09b

Only one other station reported double printing characters with 13.09b. It's a mystery to me.

I read Gary's post about his problems with 2Tone V13.09b but I experienced a different sort of issue.

I used 2Tone V13.09b in my main decode window extensively for the first time with WriteLog this weekend. About 40-50 times, I got
double printed characters on my screen.  As an example, my callsign sometimes came in as AAA5AU but it didn't just happen on my
callsign, it happened on other callsigns. It seems to me it only happened on callsigns and it was always at the start of the
callsign, but I'm not 100% sure of that. It could have happened to the report as well but I don't recall that happening. I only
remember it happening at the start of callsigns, like PP49X, etc.

I also had 2Tone versions 13.04 and 13.02 running in receive-only windows with no such problems.

Did anyone else notice this behavior? If so, were you running WriteLog or N1MM?
