[RTTY] RTTY Contests

Is it possible to have a "Call Check" like addition to contest logging programs that filter out the calls of those neophyte contesters who break all of the rules of RTTY contesting?  That way, we wouldn't have to waste time working them.  Anyone that calls me Thomas instead of Tom, would be added to the list.  It doesn't matter if he's in Deleware, or not.  Dump the guy from my screen!
