[RTTY] 2Tone Engine

No, 2-Tone was written to *emulate* XMMT.ocx.  When 2-Tone.exe is
called (started)/loaded as a DLL it responds to a sub-set of the
parameters supported by XMMT.ocx.  Any program that uses XMMT.ocx
for "MMTTY" can support 2-Tone simply by renaming 2-Tone.exe  to
XMMT.ocx.  However, most programs that traditionally supported MMTTY
used the "shared memory" interface in MMTTY.exe rather than the
"DLL version" of MMTTY (XMMT.ocx).

MixW does not use MMTTY at all.  DX4Win, Win-Test, the MMTTY Window in
WinWarbler, the SM6SRW plug-in for WriteLog, etc. use the "shared
memory" interface for MMTTY.  N1MM, Logger32, the XMMT.ocx option
in WriteLog/RTTYrite, the 2-Tone Window in WinWarbler, use the *.ocx
interface.
