[RTTY] [rckskimmer] RTTY-spots spamming the DX-Cluster

Walter, it is a historical accident that the Reverse Beacon Network's DX 
Spider Telnet node is known by its SSID as WB5VZL-1, because it is on a 
server provided by the former holder of that call, who now goes by K5TR 
of contesting.com.

What does this mean?  Any spots on that Telnet node were uploaded to it 
by individual amateurs using RCKSkimmer software, and then collected 
from that Telnet node by someone on the CLX system.  Our role in this is 
passive, except that we decided, soon after you released the software, 
to carry RTTY and PSK spots on the RBN and to identify them by their mode.

Is there some reason why this is cause for complaint?
