[RTTY] 2009 Makrothen Certificate

I have sent  Waldemar DK3VN several emails asking about the certificate our
club won in 2009. He replied to one of the messages stating we would have
the certificate in early 2013. As of yet, we have not received it.

Does anyone on the list know how to get a reply from him?
