[RTTY] Sad news from Cyprus: ZC4LI, Silent Keyboard

Yes, very sad news indeed.

Steve and I had corresponded several times over the last several years
regarding our common health issue as well as about RTTY, contesting, etc.
Always looked forward to working him in and out of a contest.  RIP my
friend, you will be remembered.
