Very sorry to hear about Steve's passing.  All the more sobering because I 
am the same age.

The RTTY community, the contesting community and the entire amateur radio 
community have lost a valuable partner and resource.  RIP my friend...

This is such sad news.
I know that Steve had been battling cancer, and I also knew that it was
getting worse, but even so, it is still such a shock to see the news of his
passing.
I have had 183 QSO's with Steve over the years in many RTTY contests, and a
few in CW.

RIP dear Steve, you are missed already.
