[RTTY] FT5000 + MK2R+ MMTTY

Never mind, I found it... (I think)
I change the PTT configuration on USB device router to FSK/DIGITAL PTT1 and
started to work.. If I choose both I got amber light and rear PTT2 rear
jack, I've got green light.
But now looks like ok...
