[RTTY] W1AW/x RTTY operations

The good news (I hope) is that I'll be one of the RTTY ops at W1AW/7 from
NV later this month. I'll make sure we work split.

It might behoove others of us to become aware of W1AW/x operations near us
and offer assistance. It could even be fun!
