My error in relaying the Dr. Ted Rappaport, K9MB, 15-April-2014 message without is address. I was trying to cut down on the quotes and my Apple Mail redirect stripped his header making the message sound like it was my words.  I happen to agree with Ted K9MB but do not want to take credit for his assessment and text.  Sorry about my error.
