[RTTY] Moving list

Over the years my experience is that staying away from anything with
"yahoo" in the URL keeps my spam count down. This may just be my own luck,
but it has kept me away for the last 5-10 years since my last ISP change so
I am going to hold with that policy. If a group is on yahoo, I am not on
it.
