[RTTY] RTTY DXCC Startup date?

Sure can Don.  July 1976 the ARRL announced a RTTY DXCC to be started on 
November 1, 1976.  In July of 1984 they started endorsing as the first 
was only for 100 cards. And the RTTY Honor Roll on December 1993.
