The updates are to do with the logger interface. No change to decode
efficacy.
 
Be aware when using 2Tone FSK with some interfaces boxes using the TxD
option can result in a problem. Because 2Tone toggles the TxD line there is
no character information going into the interface COM port register. As a
result the interface box starts to feed idle characters into the TxD line
via its UART. Net result is corrupted FSK. Two solutions:  either use DTR or
RTS  for FSK, OR change interface box's setup to turn off idle characters.
