Edit ARRL.DX in the MMTTY directory - if you dare <G>.

TO# and TX# calls are ambiguous - they can be in any one of
several "countries".  The same is the case for FO#, and E5
as well as any 1X1 US call and any R##, or U## call from
Russia.   Good luck keeping them straight!
