*TWO MONTHS!* after the operation ... that's absurd!  Two weeks
is an appropriate time period.  If someone can't devote the
effort necessary to see that the logs are collected immediately
and forwarded to Newington within the week, they should *NEVER*
be permitted to be coordinator of an operation like that.
