Volunteer or not, if you're going to *volunteer* for something like
a W1AW/# operation, make sure you have the time to do the job *right*
before you agree to do it.  For a coordinator to volunteer then say, I
won't have time to get the logs in for two months when everyone else
has generally gotten them in within two weeks is simply a crock.

If an emergency has come up after the fact, then someone else should
grab the ball and move it forward.
