several ops have tried to tell him....hes listening at times up 10 !!!!! the 
op is N4RJ, qsos made out of band should not count toward the leader 
board.....

Unbelievable!  W1AW/4 is on 3606.6 RTTY with a pileup calling him even
higher in frequency.
