(1) FOUL!  If this were hockey there would be two players in the 
penalty box............

If it were soccer (football in the EU) there would be two Yellow cards.........

How about taking an 'RM-11708 time-out'.............

(2)  RE: the 2014 Ukraine Open..............    based on the current 
events in the world, this has a possibility of being LAST freely 
operated Open Ukraine RTTY contest.    I'm going to try to make QSOs, 
I hope the station at the other end will be there and free next year........
