[RTTY] FREQUENCY IN USE BY ... EMERGENCY NETWORK

[Jerry Flanders]

Because he seemed to be declaring an emergency was in effect - I 
believe we all should respect the declaration (but ask questions later).

Anybody ever seen anything like this?
