Oh!  I know!  Let's make every contest exactly the same!  Get rid of
all but the serial number in Sweepstakes, too!


Just leave the rules the way they are.  The differences add to the
challenge.  Ignore the fact that the ARRL CAC makes changes just to
justify their existence.  :-D
