[RTTY] RM-11708

I am also in the process of writing my director and this is the time of the
year when I get renewal notices in the mail every week reminding me that
they don't want me to miss an issue of QST so I should renew now. Sad to
say that I'm another who only remains a member for LoTW & the DXCC program.
In my 40 years as a ham I don't remember one single time that any of my ham
friends or myself were asked how we feel about any issue yet they say that
they represent their members.

73,
Tom, KE1JF
