[RTTY] Icom CI-V with Transistors

I am using a 3 transistor version. It has worked well on my IC-735 since 
1987.
It's housed in a "Sucrets" can along with the audio isolation transformers.

The In914 and 10 MFD capacitor from the Tx line to Ground provides the 
negative bias for the Rx line.
