Hi All, 

I found within a please renew your membership letter a quite amusing entry listed under exclusive member highlights. Item #0009, Member Satisfaction Guarantee. There are of course no further details and it did not say money back guarantee if not satisfied. So, just what does this supposed satisfaction guarantee imply?
