[RTTY] using AFSK with TS2000

I did read the description of the pinouts on page 95.

As the manual reads, I need to use pin 11 for the AFSK input with pin 13 for 
keying. Sure looks that way to me. But, I did try pin 9 again and and still no 
modulation even though the radio is keyed.
