[RTTY] DMC RTTY Contest - They just need 599 001

DMC RTTY has overlapped July NAQP RTTY for many years. Not a problem, it
provides more stations on RTTY to work!  From my announcement on July 16:
  In the July contest, you may encounter some Europeans in the DMC RTTY
  Contest who would like a Signal Report and Serial Number (Ex: 599 001).
  Be sure to get their Name for your NAQP log!
