[RTTY] QRM to W1AW/0 (MO) RTTY

This is amusing. The ARRL is touting RM 11708 as being helpful, while at the same time QRMing an on-going operation on a frequency without checking to see if it is busy! The ARRL does not have a right to a frequency if it is occupied already. They are supposed to move to prevent QRM, correct?

I was trying to work W1AW/0 (MO) on RTTY at 18.100 and W1AW home bulletin station came on like a PACTOR robot and wiped out any chance of working the W1AW/O Centennial station.

Future W1AW/P RTTY operations should avoid W1AW broadcast frequencies.
