[RTTY] QRM to W1AW/0 (MO) RTTY

Does anyone even copy these bulletins anymore. There is no way to find
out. In this day and age I doubt many do.

Published months in advance do not allow one to break the rules. So if I
publish my operating schedule on 14.313 months in advance and fire up,
this is ok? I think not.
