Has anyone ever sent the FCC recordings with calls, names and times?
It generally takes a series of specific complaints to the Enforcement
Bureau to get the ball rolling ... the more complains with specific
data, including a *pattern of behavior* that the EB can easily confirm,
the better chance of action.
