[RTTY] RTTY and dxpeditions

Are any dxpeditions running two radios for transmit?  It would seem that 
this would be a no brainer.  There is sooooooooo much dead or down time 
even when sending 599 599 call that one decent op should be able to work 
two rigs at the same time and effectively double their rate.

One would have to be two radios and two antennas or a triplexer or 
similar to allow one to be on two bands at the same time.

I am certain that most of the competitive contest ops are using so2 or 
so3 r these days.    Do you guys think that a decent op can run two 
pileups on a top 10-25 ranked dxpedition?

RTTY seems to be more popular but still somewhat of an after thought 
with dxpeditions.
