Someone posted a comment in opposition to RM-11708 on the qrz.com news forum.  I agreed with his opposition to this proposed rulemaking and posted comments saying so.  The responses were generally negative, and the consensus was that anyone taking the time to oppose this proposed rulemaking is foolish or crazy.  I ran out of energy debating the subject with them.  I still feel that RM-11708 deserves public opposition.
