[RTTY] Get more CQ-spots on RTTY-Skimmer

Hello,

in the new revision of the RTTY-Skimmer software the CQ detection is
changed to get higher quality of real CQs.

Here is the logic explained.
Please change your CQing and TU macro to get more CQ-skimmer spots.

  - CQ/DE detection in front of the call
     "CQ DL4RCK "  or  "CQ DE DL4RCK "       : CQ detected
     "CQDX DL4RCK " or  "TEST DL4RCK "       : CQ detected
     "CQDX DE DL4RCK " or  "TEST DE DL4RCK " : CQ detected
  ".... DE DL4RCK "                       : DE detected
  - CQ detection after the call
     "... DL4RCK QRZ "     or "... DL4RCK QRZ? "      : CQ detected
     "... TU DL4RCK CQ "   or "... TU DL4RCK QRZ "    : CQ detected
     "... TU DL4RCK QRZ? " or "... QSL DL4RCK CQ "    : CQ detected
     "... QSL DL4RCK QRZ " or "... QSL DL4RCK QRZ? "  : CQ detected
     "... DE DL4RCK CQ "   or "... TU DL4RCK QRZ "    : CQ detected
     "... DE DL4RCK QRZ? " or "... CFM DL4RCK CQ "    : CQ detected
     "... DL4RCK UP "                                 : CQ detected

Note the exactly position of TU, QRZ, DE, CQ and the " " spaces at the end.
