So Sailmail (commercial) and Airmail ("free") are similar if not
identical?  Both allow connection to the internet in order to exchange
mail, yes?  Do sailors do this on a regular basis?

§97.113   Prohibited transmissions.

(a) No amateur station shall transmit:

(5) Communications, on a regular basis, which could reasonably be
furnished alternatively through other radio services.
