[RTTY] Lack of RTTY on 40 and 80 Meters

Well stated Don, and also a lot depends where you live.  I have been 
working on my Single Band 40 totals to get a DXCC and as I work mostly 
RTTY I find that there is quite a lot on the long paths and in the late 
morning when we have a nice path a couple of hours after our sunrise to 
Asia.  Knocking 'em off slowly.
