[RTTY] ARRL Executive Committee Meets March 29th, RM-11708 included in adgenda

It may be time to suggest the ARRL do a video of committee meetings,
the FCC does it https://www.fcc.gov/open-meetings  Forums at hamfests
are regularly put up as videos and it's not a difficult process but then again
it could be like watching sausage being made......
