[RTTY] Digital Operators Band Plan Committee - Current thoughts and status

I don't know of any "group" proposal but my proposal will be no change
for modes less than 500 Hz wide, any modes greater than 500 KHz limited
to the bands where automatic control is permitted only on those bands
where the RTTY, data allocation is more than 125 KHz.

*No wideband operation* on any band with less than 125 KHz for RTTY and
data due to the limited spectrum, high potential for interference and
significant "crowding out" of other 99% of users by the < 1% currently
using wideband modes.
