It was Roanoke Division, NOT Atlantic Division. I was not speaking of Bill Edgar, N3LLR, whom I've never had any dealings with. I lived for years in N. VA, just across the river from the Atlantic Division, and it was in conversation as often as Roanoke division was. My apologies to all.
