[RTTY] Contest this weekend

Just a reminder of the ARI International DX contest which starts this 
coming weekend.

This is a mixed mode contest but there are categories for single mode 
SSB, CW and RTTY.

Please note rule #8:  Contacts with your own country count only for 
multiplier credit, so after you have worked your own country once, don't 
S&P it again, but do answer calls to give out a multiplier.
