[RTTY] Volta band conditions and 3830

Only had a few hours for Volta RTTY contest but I found the opening on 15M
at start to EU to be quite good, and then way after sundown, after spending
the day out with the family I was DELIGHTED to call CQ on 15M and get lots
of replies from Japan.

I notice 3830scores.com doesn't have this years Volta in it... I remember
last year that several scores broke the 2 Billion number, a number so big
the 3830 machinery couldn't deal with it! Maybe they can google "bignum" or
