[RTTY] EA RTTY Contest Scoring Change

The rules for the EA RTTY Contest were changed in 2014 to include a Single Operator, All Band, Low Power category. Also, scoring was changed as follows:

Prior to 2014, on 10, 15 and 20 meters, one (1) point for QSO within own continent, and two (2) points for QSO outside own continent. On 40 and 80 m, three (3) points for QSO within own continent, and six (6) points for QSO outside own continent. 

After 2014, EA stations: QSOs between EA stations (including EA, EA6, EA8 & EA9) two (2) points. QSOs with DX stations , one (1) point. 
DX stations: QSOs between DX stations, one (1) point. QSOs with EA stations (including EA, EA6, EA8 & EA9), three (3) points.

This resulted in lower point totals and overall lower scores. The EA RTTY records page on rttycontesting.com will reflect these changes when the records are updated (hopefully by later today).
