[RTTY] 80M DIGITAL SUB-BAND in JA

Thank you for the JA 80M RTTY frequencies Hisami-san.  However, US stations 
cannot transmit RTTY above 3.600 MHz, so JA stations looking for US states 
on 80M RTTY should concentrate on the lower band segment 3.520 - 3.530 MHz.
