[RTTY] MMTTY starts & stops q15sec

There were no digital changes in the latest version so not sure what would
cause the issue..

I just updated N1MM to the latest version.  Since doing that MMTTY stops
working then restarts and stops again roughly every 15 seconds as long as I
have N1MM running.
