[RTTY] False RTTY problem

Thanks to Ken, K6MR, for reminding me the 75 baud RTTY contest was on
yesterday. No wonder that my 45 baud set up got nothing but random letters.
I have never worked the 75 baud contest and forgot it was on. Guess I need
to pay closer attention to WA7BNM contest information.
