[RTTY] 2Tone 75 baud FSK transmit

Until further notice do not use 2Tone or MMTTY EXTFSK64 at 75 baud
transmit with microHAM "keyer" interfaces.

I do not know what has changed but while UART transmit at 75 baud and
45 baud software generated FSK continues to work properly, software
generated 75 baud FSK at is clearly distorted. My suspicions center
on USB timing but I will need to create a "clean" system for testing.
