[RTTY] WF1B? His situation?

Hi all,
I'm now living, more or less temporarily, in Newport RI, while I work on 
OLIVER HAZARD PERRY, ( ohpri.org ). I suspecvt I'll be here for a while. 
This is not far from Ray's home address, and I was thinkibg about an 
eyeball QSO.  Mail to the email address on QRZ fails.

I'm moving, slowly, towards getting on the air from here, either under 
my own call or the OHP club call, W1OHP.  Is RI still a bit difficukt in 
contests?  And when the boats more habitable, i'll set up a station on it.

Getting on the air as a deckhand was hard, but as engineer it should be 
easier.
