[RTTY] W3LPL RTTY Spots?

I'm not sure what W3LPL is doing but I did find one their spots was FSK frequency as I worked a new mult a little while ago. So I'm
confused as to why I saw no kind of action around the previous spotted stations.  Oh well...

Could it be that W3LPL is picking up the spot from some other source and just relaying it. Many a time I have seen W3LPL spots only
to find out later that the spot came from another source and we had no propagation to even hear the spot.
