USA operators are allowed to go up to 14150 kHz on 20 meters, 21200 kHz on 15 meters, 28300 kHz on 10 meters and 7125 kHz on 40 meters. The highest permitted operating frequency on 80 meters for RTTY is 3600 kHz.

I thought 20 meters was recently topped out at 14.120 MHz.

There's not enough room on 80M (3580-3600), ,so we have to work down below 3580 at times. 40 is up for discussion since we can go above 7100 kHz, but DX usually operates low in the band. Despite recent changes, 40 is still messed up when it comes to contesting.
