[RTTY] WHY put CQ at the end?

Hi Larry

What happens when you call CQ like that and someone tunes onto you, all 
they see is W6NWS. .  Then they have to wait to see if you are calling 
CQ or calling someone else.  A CQ on the end means they call you right 
away.  I think CQ on the end is a great time saver.  73
