[RTTY] DRCG WW RTTY Contest Rules changes in 2014?

After reviewing the results of the 2014 DRCG WW RTTY Contest, it's obvious the rules changed starting in 2014 since all the scores
are significantly lower that previous years despite more QSOs and Mults.

I no longer see that continents are used as "final score" multipliers starting in 2014. Does anyone know if this is the only scoring
rule change?
