[RTTY] N1MM+ not logging DX stations in NAQP RTTY Test

This was discussed on the N1MM+ Yahoo group. It's supposedly a change from
previous NAQP contests and it's being worked out. You should edit the
generated Cabrillo log file and enter DX in the appropriate spot on each
row you worked a non-NA station.
